Waves Against Parkinson’s LIVE!

February 1st! Time for an update: Quest to swim the English Channel for Parkinson’s awareness.

Phase 2 (The Tampa Bay Marathon Swim) is still on April 18, 2020. I’ve been upping the swimming since November, and I’m happy to report I’m at my planned plateau of 40,000+ meters per week. I’m juggling a lot of balls (grad school, work, studio, etc) these days and I’m pretty tired – and with a short fuse too regrettably, but hoping I’ll settle into it all at some point. Hope folks will be patient with me! 🙂

My skin burns from the saline, and I cough a whole bunch. But the team is helping me out with great advice and generous skin moisturizing lotion donations! Running and weights will get added in again starting Wednesday, and then my workout grid will be locked in until April 1. Only 2 months until taper!

Sorry about the fundraising delay. But it is live  now. For those that follow my studio work at GreySladeMedia.com, all sales of music and services are already being added to the funds. More soon!
