Took yet another hit/cancelation today. Was supposed to swim around Mercer Island. Lost track of how many swims have been canceled now. But remaining positive. (After another tantrum of course!) A friend just said: “People don’t take time to recognize the magic in every day. I try but sometimes life sucks you into spin cycle. Then it takes a minute to figure out how and where to jump out.” I’m grateful my swim team is healthy and staying safe! I’m proud of a teammate who just swam the entire length of Tahoe! I’ll attempt Mercer again next Sunday (God willing!) And I’ll keep striving for the main goal: English Channel 2021. Thanks everyone for the ongoing support! More soon!
